Knitting Pattern Conversions

To convert inches to centimeters, multiply the inches by 2.54, and then round the number up or down to the closed half-centimeter. For example: 10 in. x 2.54 = 25.5 cm.

To convert centimeters to inches, divide the centimeters by 2.54, and then round the number up or down to the closest quarter-inch. For example: 10 cm/2.54=4 in.
